FAQ
- What counts as a request?
- One HTTP request an MCP client makes to your public URL counts as one request.
- What happens at the limit?
- On the Free plan, once you hit 100 requests in a month, further requests get a hard 429 block until the counter resets at the start of the next UTC month.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time. Open Settings > Billing, then "Manage billing" to cancel in the billing portal, or email support@mcpwarp.io. You keep access until the end of the paid period, then the account returns to Free. See Manage your subscription.
- How do refunds work?
- There's a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for a paid plan; renewals aren't covered. See Payments, Refunds, and Cancellation in the Terms for the full policy.
- Do I need an account?
- Yes, always. There is no anonymous access — every request to a public URL needs a valid OAuth token tied to an account.
