Manage your subscription
Billing lives in the dashboard, under Settings > Billing. Upgrades open the checkout page; everything else — changing plans, cancelling, invoices — happens in the billing portal.
| Plan | Price | Requests | Servers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 100/month | 1 |
| Plus | $5/month | Unlimited | 1 |
| Pro | $10/month | Unlimited | Unlimited (fair use) |
Upgrade
Section titled “Upgrade”- Sign in at web.mcpwarp.io and go to Settings > Billing.
- Choose “Upgrade to Plus” or “Upgrade to Pro.”
- This opens the checkout page in a new tab. Complete payment there.
Your new plan applies as soon as checkout completes.
Change plan, cancel, or get invoices
Section titled “Change plan, cancel, or get invoices”From Settings > Billing, choose “Manage billing” to open the billing portal in a new tab. There, you can:
- Switch between Plus and Pro
- Cancel your subscription
- Update your payment method
- Download invoices
There is no in-app cancel or plan switch — all of that happens in the billing portal. You can also cancel by emailing support@mcpwarp.io.
There are no free trials, and plan switches aren’t prorated in the dashboard; our payment provider handles any proration on its side.
What happens when you cancel or downgrade
Section titled “What happens when you cancel or downgrade”When you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then your account returns to Free automatically. There’s no partial refund for the unused part of a period.
If you downgrade (or your subscription lapses to Free), existing servers are kept, but creating new servers is blocked while you’re over your new plan’s server cap (1 server on Free and Plus). On Free, the 100-requests-per-month cap applies starting from your next request.
Refunds
Section titled “Refunds”If you’re not satisfied with your first payment for a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of that purchase by emailing support@mcpwarp.io. This doesn’t apply to renewals. See Payments, Refunds, and Cancellation in the Terms for the full policy, including statutory withdrawal rights for EU/EEA/UK consumers.
Payment provider note
Section titled “Payment provider note”Payments for paid plans are processed by a third-party merchant of record. Its buyer terms and privacy policy apply to your purchase in addition to our Terms; the provider’s name and terms are shown at checkout. See the Terms of Service for the full policy.
